UFIXX Flexi Coat is a heavy duty waterbased acrylic elastomeric membrane. Ideal for permanent exterior and interior protection is weather resistant especially for cement render, concrete, preprimed steels, galvanised iron and cement sheeting. It remains pliable and elastic enough to resist mild expansion/ shrinkage and chemical attacks. It adheres to damp substrates and seals hairline cracks.
