• This model is a model representing the early mixed dentition stage. 
• Mixed dentition stage start when the first permanent tooth appears in the mouth, usually at five or six year with the permanent molar and last until the last primary tooth is lost usually at ten, eleven or twelve years. 
• Completely erupted deciduous central, lateral incisor, canine & 1st and 2nd deciduous molar.
• Partially erupted Central & lateral incisors & erupting 1st & 2nd Permanent premolar, 1st Premanent molar & 2nd Permanent molar.
