Takenoko Mizuni
Bamboo shoots, also known as bamboo sprouts, are the edible shoots of many species of bamboo plants. Bamboo shoots are not edible raw: they must undergo an intensive cleaning and cooking process to be made safe for consumption. Takenoko mizuni bamboo shoots are fully cleaned, slowly simmered in water, and ready for use. Cut this bamboo however you like and add it to your favorite dishes.
