RECIPES
1) Prepare 500-600gm of chicken drumstick/thigh/whole leg and well clean.
2) Cut the chicken into pieces (optional).
3) Coated with flour and deep-fried for 7-8 minutes or golden brown.
4) Place the cooked chicken into the frying pan/wok and pour in the Rendang Paste, and stir-fired with low heat for 2-3 minutes.
5) Garnish with sliced chilies.
