Red dry wine Piazza del Castello is made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, grown in the Tuscany region. Grapes grow on a hillside near the town of Radda. Right under the castle tower there is an ancient square named Piazza del Castello, which gave the name of wine. After harvesting, the berries are briefly macerated, followed by fermentation in steel tanks, passing at a temperature of 18-20 ° C for 8-10 days. The wine is aged for 11 months in barrels of French (67%) and American (33%) oak.
