1. Fill pot with 1.8 litres of waterto boil sago for about 15 mins becomes translucent , constantly stirring it to avoid it from getting burnt underneath.
2.When sago become translucent, turn off the flame, rinse under cold running water.
3.In a seperate pot, prepare the thick syrup topping with 200 ml of water. Add in Gula Melaka, Red Rock Sugar, Pandan Leafby bringing to its flavor under low heat.
4.Lastly, add in coconut milk powder with 200ml water stir until dissolve & leave to chill..

做法:
1.锅中加入1.8公升水,煮约15分钟,制度西米呈半透明状,期间要不断搅拌,以免西米烧焦。
2.当西米变成半透明时,关火,用冷水冲洗。
3.在另一锅中,jia'r加入200毫升水,准备浓糖浆。加入马六甲椰糖、红冰糖、香兰叶,以小火提味。
4.最后,加入以200毫升水溶解了的椰奶粉,待凉即可享用。
