Miconazole nitrate
Indication
Dermatophytes or yeasts, mycoses & other fungi eg, Tinea capitis, corporis, manuum, barbae, cruris, pedis. Tinct: Adjuvant treatment of onychomycosis.
Instruction
Cream Apply bd for 2-6 wk. Continue treatment at least 1 wk after signs & symptoms have disappeared. Tinct Apply thick layer to infected nail & surrounding area bd. Continue treatment until new nail has started to grow & definite cure is observed.
