A company secretary is compulsory for a Sendirian Berhad company, and appointment must be complete within 30 days since incorporation.
Company are also not allowed to leave the position empty (without a company secretary) for not more than 30 days.
We will assign one company secretary to be registered under your Company.
Company Secretary will be the communication between the Company and SSM.
Job Scopes:
- Preparation of resolutions
- Submission of documents to SSM
- Update your Company information (business nature, addresses, details of directors and shareholders)
- Legal officer to certify your statutory documents and personal identification
