Description
Matrix Sol Plus 108 is a synthetic soluble oil specially designed for steel and cast grinding and drawing operations with soft waters, whenever a high surface finish is required. Matrix Sol Plus 108 is bacteriostatic. It provides the emulsion with a superior useful life, with the consequent economical saving with respect to the frequent changes needed when using a conventional emulsion. Matrix Sol Plus 108 is a special product to be used with soft waters, whenever a high stirring and important flow should provoke foaming. Matrix Sol Plus 108 contains specific additives, which provide the pieces with a superior finish. Moreover the product presents the great advantage of being free of compounds and elements harmful to health and environment, such as nitrites, phenols, chlorine, sulphur, heavy metal, PTBB, mineral biocides, among others.

Use
Matrix Sol Plus 108 shows excellent efficiency in cutting and finish grinding operations. After being used and consequently contaminated with hydraulic or greasing oils and bacteria, it can be ultra-filtered with a special system. Afterwards the product presents perfect conditions to be re-used in the machine.
