Precision processing equipment: The processing equipment uses the specialized high precision processing machinery, ensures the machining accuracy required on the design. Screw rotor through fine grinding, the processing accuracy reaches0.005mm, tooth surface roughness reachesRa0.1-0.2μm.
Rigorous design : Reasonable rotor design, long diameter is relatively small, so the bending stress is small, low speed, low noise and long work life. The rotor is through precision machined and dynamically balanced test, and with heavy-duty bearings.
