• '@ Water-Based/Aqueous ink: BT-2563N is an aqueous ink/Water-Based ink. Ink dry time is typically instant to a few seconds but can take longer depending on application and environment conditions. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please take out the ink cartridge from the printer and protect the print nozzle with the original cover came with the package when not in use. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head dries out, affecting print quality.In case of Blockage, You can Wipe the Nozzle with a Soft Paper Towel.

     BT-2563N is aqueous ink only print on porous surfaces, mainly water absorbent surfaces. BT-2581P is fast dry ink, it could print on both porous and non-porous substrate

     2. Can I use other brand's ink cartridge instead of Bentsai

      Sorry, you cannot use other brand’s cartridges for Bentsai’s printer. Since cartridge can only recognize original printer. For your better print performance we highly recommend you purchase cartridges from Bentsai.

     3. Can I use this product for BT-HH6105B2 inkjet printer?

     This BT-2563N can apply to BT-HH6105 Series printer including B1, B2 and B3.

     4. Can the BT-2563N print on ceramics or PE bag?

     No, the BT-2563N only can print on porous surfaces like kraft paper, wooden box, fabric and so on.
