Metallographic Sample Grinding and Polishing Machine (HY-MP-2B)

HY-MP-2B metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a double-disk desktop machine with variable frequency and stepless speed regulation, which is suitable for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing metallographic samples. The left disc of the machine is a pre-grinding disc, and the right disc is a polishing disc. The machine can not only perform light grinding, rough grinding, semi-finishing grinding, and fine grinding, but also precision polishing of the sample. It is an indispensable equipment for users to make metallographic samples.

Cooling System

This machine is equipped with a cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample.

Control System

The speed of this machine is adjusted by the frequency converter, and the speed between 50-1000 rpm can be directly obtained.
