Product Introduction:
R.C.A paper tape wear testing machine is suitable for wear test of various surface coating (electroplating, baking paint, silk screen printing, etc.) samples, rolling unoiled paper or tape and the sample after friction to determine its wear effect under a certain number of revolutions. Paper tape abrasion testing machine according to ASTM F2357-04.
RCA-specific paper tape is applied to the surface of the product with a fixed weight (55g, 175g, 275g). Fixed diameter rollers and fixed-speed motors with specific counters. The wear resistance of the product is determined by the number of wear resistance times that the product can withstand. Widely used in the performance test of mobile phone surface coating.
