The RFM300-T is the latest in a series of refractometers designed specifically for use in harsh environments. With wide beam optics and one of the flattest prism platforms on the market, our RFM300-T refractometers are capable of measuring non-homogeneous samples such as fruit juices with pulp, chemical compounds and emulsions.
The ABS housing of the new device is ergonomically designed so that liquids spilled next to it can run off via the slopes or be collected by the PEEK drip skirt, which encloses the easy-to-clean stainless steel prism tray.
An inherent part of the modern design is the new high-resolution capacitive touchscreen, which not only allows use in factory environments and operation with gloves, but is also the centerpiece of the new software. This helps the user to quickly maneuver through the user and configuration menus.
SMART temperature stability, RFID user activation and application-specific, pre-programmed methods simplify routine analysis in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. The included PC software allows the device to be controlled via an Ethernet connection, enabling remote technical support and training.
