Due to the very large measuring range of up to 1.70 RI and a high resolution of up to six decimal places, the RFM960-T series is ideally suited for applications in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in flavor and perfume production and, of course, for research and science.
The new ABS housing is ergonomically designed. This ensures that liquids that are poured next to it can run off very easily, provided they have not already been stopped by the PEEK drainage barrier on the prism. The sample tray is the ideal size to hold sufficient sample volume and at the same time offers a large surface area to guarantee rapid temperature stabilization. A Kalrez® seal seals the prism internally, preventing the ingress of most chemicals.
The new design of this series is complemented by the higher resolution and the new touchscreen, which is not only perfectly adapted to laboratory environments and can be operated with laboratory gloves, but is also the heart of the new software environment, which allows effective and intuitive control through the menus.
The device actively supports you with prompts for simpler tasks such as loading methods, calibration and routine maintenance.
SMART temperature stabilization, RFID user log-in and application-specific pre-programmed methods simplify routine applications in the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. The specially developed PC software enables remote technical support and instruction on the device via an Ethernet connection.
