LINTEC RAD 2000 M/12 is a high performance fully automated packaging equipment designed by LINTEC. It is a flexible, multi-application system that is capable of handling a variety of product shapes and sizes, ranging from small to big, thin to thick, delicate to robust. With its 12-axis robotic arm, the RAD 2000 M/12 maximizes speed and accuracy, performing up to 12 pouching operations per minute, with repeatable accuracy of ±0.25 mm. It also offers maximum flexibility when switching from one product to another, as it can be quickly programmed with the touch of a button. The RAD 2000 M/12 features an easy to use HMI touch panel, which allows operators to quickly adjust the position of the robotic arm and readjust the pouch settings for different products.
