Form E is a declaration made by employers to the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN), outlining the number of employees, total remuneration paid to employees, and total deductions of tax withheld from employees for the previous year.
Regardless of whether it's a limited company, sole proprietorship, partnership, or limited liability partnership, Form E must be submitted by April 30th each year.
Failure to submit Form E may result in the following penalties if discovered: a fine ranging from RM200 to RM20,000, imprisonment for up to 6 months, or both.
This service includes filing Form E and preparing EA Forms for your company's employees.
