HERBAL SOUP-SI SHEN TANG
Suitable for 3-4 pax
INGREDIENTS: LOTUS SEED, QIAN SHI, ORGANIC JOB TEAR'S, WILD CHINESE YAM, FULING.
Preparation: 1) Rinse all herbs and add 1.5 liters - 2 liters water into the pot.
2) Bring to a boil over high heat.
3) Simmer low heat for 1.5 hours, and you may add in meat to simmer, before serving add some salt to enhance your preference taste.
