We successfully executed the expansion of a Marine Paints/Coating Plant, increasing its capacity by converting existing offices into a production area and installing additional mixing equipment. This project highlights our expertise in complex plant modifications and installations.

Our scope of work included:

1. Engineering Design and Authority Submission to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
2. Civil Works for converting office spaces into a production plant area.
3. Fabrication of Vessel, Ducting, & Piping Works to support the increased production capacity.
4. Mechanical & Electrical Installation to integrate new equipment and systems into the existing plant infrastructure.

The challenges of this project involved working in a flammable environment, necessitating strict adherence to safety protocols and innovative engineering solutions to mitigate risks. Additionally, most of the work had to be carried out during night-time when production was halted, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. All electrical items were required to comply with explosion-proof zone 1 requirements, ensuring the highest level of safety and reliability.
