INGREDIENTS: Dang Shen, Shu Di, Chuan Gong, Red Dates, Bai Shao, Bai Zhu, Fuling, Can Chao, Huang Qi.
Preparation:
1 packet Ba Zhen, 1chicken drumstick ( 150g ), 2 boiled egg (optional),seasalt to taste.
Cooking Method:
Put in the 2 filter bags, chicken and boiledegg into boiling water.
Boil at low fire for at least 45 minutes.
Ready to serve.
