Road Safety Rubber Product
Rubber Speed Bumps:
The SYNTHETIC RUBBER Speed Bump provides a highly durable recycled rubber speed bump for roads. It slows traffic to approximately 3-8 km/h and is suitable for cars and HGVs. We provide 3 sizes, 250mm, 500mm and 1,000mm. The longer 1000mm pieces allow for faster installation on site. The strong recycled rubber design reduces the need for regular maintenance or replacement. Yellow markings are moulded onto every speed bumps section for increased driver visibility. The male-female design of the pieces allow for easy install on site - simply insert together and bolt-down where needed.

- Road Safety rubber wheel stopper is the barrier installed at the parking lots to prevent unsafe vehicle movement.
- The primary purpose of using wheel stoppers for cars is to work as a physical signal to the driver that no additional forward drive is allowed.
- Car stops protect the wall or glass from a car striking
- They are positioned in front of car park barriers to avert accidental effects
- Wheel stoppers serve as a boundary between roadside obstacles and cars to restrict them from driving beyond the car stop.
- Yellow reflective tape is used in the wheel stops to enhance the visibility and make them noticeable for pedestrians
- They are also used for angled parking by perfectly aligned at the centre on the space
- Wheel stoppers are effectively used to stop vehicle projections from dipping the clear width of nearby routes, such as sidewalks.

Rubber Wheel Chock:
Wheel chocks (or chocks) are wedges of sturdy material placed closely against a vehicle's wheel to prevent accidental movement. Chocks are placed for safety in addition to setting the brakes. The bottom surface is sometimes coated in rubber to enhance grip with the ground. For ease of removal. One edge of the wedge has a concave profile to contour to the wheel and increase the force necessary to overrun the chock. Most commonly, chocks are seen on big truck and train cars.
Automobiles usually have parking brakes on the rear wheels. If the rear axle is jacked off the ground with only the parking brake set, the vehicle may roll on the front wheels and fall. Choking the front wheels prevents this mishap. Motorcycle and bicycle chocks are bifurcated and fit around the wheel, supporting the bike and preventing its movement.
The mining industry uses wheel chocks to protect lubrication trucks and heavy maintenance vehicles from slipping on off-road terrain when placed in Park. The huge haul trucks require a much larger wheel chock. These circumstances will benefit from urethane wheel chocks that are lightweight enough to be manoeuvred, yet can withstand the responsibility of holding a truck if a brake should fail.
SYNTHETIC RUBBER PRODUCTS provide 5 types of different weight wheel chocks for different vehicles and trucks. We have models 75, 120, 160, 250 and 320.
Corner Guards:
SYNTHETIC RUBBER'S Corner Guards are made by rubber material, used to protect finished wall corners from damage, especially in high traffic facilities like healthcare and hospitality. But there is a large range of available types so in this guide we will break down all the main types of corner guards, lengths, and widths and explain the benefits and main applications of each. We provided two lengths, 800mm and 1,000mm.
Not all corners need corner guards. Only facilities that have a lot of traffic, specifically with carts, gurneys, luggage, wheelchairs or other hard objects moving through the halls need corner guards. And they need them because the time and the cost for repairing a finished wall is very high.
If a finished corner is damaged the drywall needs to be repaired and then the wall paint matched and then painted. If it was a hard hit the corner bead might also have to be replaced in which case all the drywall from the floor to the ceiling would need to be patched.
Rubber Wall Protector:
A wall guard is a wall protection product designed to protect the length of a wall, such as a hallway or corridor, from damage. Common in hospitals and other healthcare facilities these products are installed at a specific height along the wall to act as a bumper for beds, carts, and other movable objects that can cause costly damage to walls. Wall guards are often complementary to corner guards and handrails in order to protect the entire building. These items are commonly referred to as bumper guards, wall guards, crash rails, or chair rails.
Our Wall Guards size is: 25mm thick x 200mm width x 1,000mm L
