Hibiki ‘Japanese Harmony’ Japanese Whiskies

Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a blend of Japanese malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita, and is a smashing Japanese blended whisky that displays a harmonious flavour profile (as you might expect from the name) with a good kick of fruity Sherry notes. Citrus blossom, mango and juicy raisins. A slight touch of vanilla-rich oak. Chocolate orange, creamy wood notes, dried apricot and sultanas, cinnamon. Plum and ginger. Brown sugar and milk chocolate.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Red berries, green apple and layers of rich honey.

Palate: Melted butter and caramelised dates. A hint of fragrant sandalwood develops into warming, oak-y spice.

Finish: Brown sugar, citrus peels, white grape and black pepper.
