Jotaroof Superior Roof Protection FOR EXTERIOR

Jotaroof is perfect for roof tiles and will keep the roof of your home immaculate always. It is formulated with 2X Heat Reflective features to reduce roof temperature. A premium roof paint developed using a 100% pure acrylic formulation. This formula provides superior protection to your roof, giving you a piece of mind year after year.

• 2x UV protected colours - Colours do not fade easily in order to provide superior protection to the roof, giving a piece of mind, year after year.
• Anti Algae & Anti Fungal - Protects roofs from algae and fungal attack from tropical climate.
• Low Dirt Pick Up - The paint surface allows rain to naturally wash dirt off the roof.
• Formulated Without Harmful Chemicals - Free from harmful chemicals such as APEO, formaldehyde, heavy metals and has low volatile organic compound (VOC).

• For exterior application

• On unglazed roof tiles, clay roof tiles, cement fibre sheet, concrete, metal deck and steel roof surfaces.

• The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance etc. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed. A light sanding with suitable abrasive material is recommended before application. Any resulting dust/loose particles must be removed.

• The paint is ready to use after proper stirring. If thinning is required, water may be added up to a maximum of 5%.

• The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10 °C and at least 3 °C above the dew point of the air, measured in the vicinity of the substrate. Good ventilation is usually required in confined areas to ensure proper drying
