Biomass Boiler Project @ Singapore : Sustainable Steam Generation for Cocoa Processing

This project at Olam Cocoa involved the installation of a Vyncke Biomass Boiler, a sustainable solution that utilizes cocoa shells as fuel. The boiler generates steam, which powers the cocoa processing unit, enhancing operational efficiency while promoting eco-friendly practices in the food industry.

Our scope of work included:

• Design, supply, and installation of the fuel feed hopper.
• Design, supply, and installation of pneumatic conveying piping.
