Indications:
Xylocaine 2% Injection is used as a local anesthetic for various medical procedures, including:
•    Major nerve blocks (e.g., sciatic and retrobulbar blocks)
•    Epidural anesthesia for pain relief during labor and surgeries
Instructions:
•    Adults and children over 12 years: Dosage varies based on the procedure:
o    Retrobulbar block: 80 mg (4 ml) administered over 3-5 minutes for 1.5-2 hours.
o    Sciatic block: 300-400 mg (15-20 ml) administered over 15-30 minutes for 2-3 hours.
o    Epidural anesthesia: Individualized dosage, typically 100-200 mg (5-10 ml) with a maximum of 3 mg/kg.
•    Maximum dose: 400 mg (20 ml)
