JUBITEL (Telmisartan Tablets 40mg) is primarily used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attacks, strokes, or death from cardiovascular causes in patients aged 55 years or older who are at high risk and unable to take ACE inhibitors.
Instructions:

1. Dosage: The usual starting dose is 40 mg once daily. Your doctor may adjust the dose based on your condition, typically between 20 mg to 80 mg per day.
2. Administration: Take the tablet with a glass of water, with or without food. It's important to take it at the same time each day.
3. Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
4. Storage: Store at room temperature (25°C), away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
5. Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems, are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
