• Active Ingredient: Mefenamic Acid 500 mg per tablet.

• Primary Use: Treatment of primary dysmenorrhoea (painful menstruation) and primary menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding). It is also used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain such as dental pain, soft tissue pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoarthritis.

• Dosage for Adults: Initially 500 mg followed by 250 mg every 6 hours as required. For dysmenorrhoea, 500 mg three times daily with meals from the onset of pain and continued for the usual duration of pain1. For menorrhagia, 500 mg three times daily with meals from the onset of menses and continued according to the judgment of the physician. Therapy should not be continued for more than 7 days except on the advice of a physician.
• Administration: Take the tablet with a glass of water, with or without food.
• Precautions: Do not use if you are allergic to mefenamic acid or any other ingredients. Avoid use if you have a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, or severe liver or kidney disease2. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
