Meqsel 2mg Film-Coated Tablet contains 2 mg of trametinib as its active ingredient. Trametinib is a kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of certain types of cancer.
Indications:
Meqsel is used to treat:

• Unresectable or Metastatic Melanoma: Specifically, melanoma with a BRAF V600 mutation.
• Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): In combination with dabrafenib for patients with BRAF V600 mutation.

• Dosage: The recommended dose is 2 mg taken orally once daily.
• Administration: Take the tablet with a full glass of water. It should be taken without food, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal.
• Consistency: Take the medication at the same time each day to help you remember.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any history of bleeding problems, liver or kidney issues, or if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
