Deltyba 50 mg Film-Coated Tablets contain 50 mg of delamanid as the active ingredient. Delamanid is used to treat multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB).
Indications:
Deltyba is indicated for:

• Pulmonary multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) in adults, adolescents, children, and infants weighing at least 10 kg when an effective treatment regimen cannot be composed for reasons of resistance or tolerability.

• Dosage: The recommended dose for adults is 100 mg twice daily. For adolescents and children weighing 30 to 50 kg, the dose is 50 mg twice daily. For children weighing more than 50 kg, the dose is 100 mg twice daily.
• Administration: Take the tablet with water. It should be taken consistently at the same time each day.
• Duration: The total duration of treatment is 24 weeks, but it may be extended if necessary.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any history of heart problems, liver disease, or severe kidney disease. Deltyba should be administered under the supervision of a physician experienced in the management of MDR-TB.
