• Active Ingredient: Apixaban

• Prevention of Venous Thromboembolic Events (VTE): Used after hip or knee replacement surgery.
• Prevention of Stroke and Blood Clots: For adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (irregular heart rhythm) and at least one risk factor (e.g., prior stroke, age ≥75 years, hypertension, diabetes, symptomatic heart failure).
• Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary Embolism (PE): Also helps prevent recurrence.
