BisoHEXAL 5mg Film-coated Tablet contains Bisoprolol Fumarate 5mg. Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart failure.
Indications:

• High Blood Pressure (Hypertension): Treatment of hypertension to lower blood pressure.
• Heart Failure: Management of heart failure where the heart is unable to pump enough blood to meet the body's needs.
• Post-Heart Attack: Reducing the risk of future heart attacks in patients with heart disease.

Instructions:

• Dosage: Typically, 5mg once daily, but follow your doctor's prescription.
• Administration: Take with or without food. Take it at the same time each day to help you remember.
• Precautions: Avoid if you are allergic to bisoprolol or any component of the formulation. Use with caution if you have asthma, severe lung disease, or certain heart conditions. Inform your doctor if you are taking other medications, as bisoprolol can interact with certain drugs.
