• Active Ingredients:
  • Sitagliptin 50 mg
  • Metformin Hydrochloride 850 mg

• Control high blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
• Improve glycaemic control as an adjunct to diet and exercise in patients inadequately controlled on their maximal tolerated dose of metformin alone or those already being treated with the combination of sitagliptin and metformin.
• Triple combination therapy with a sulphonylurea or a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) agonist (i.e., a thiazolidinedione) as an adjunct to diet and exercise in patients inadequately controlled on their maximal tolerated dose of metformin and a sulphonylurea or PPARγ agonist.
• Add-on to insulin therapy as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycaemic control in patients when stable dose of insulin and metformin alone do not provide adequate glycaemic control.

• Dosage: The usual dose is one tablet taken twice daily with meals. The exact dose and duration of treatment should be determined by your doctor based on your condition and individual needs.
• Administration: Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
• Storage: Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.
