• Active Ingredient: Ustekinumab 130 mg/26 mL

• Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy.
• Active psoriatic arthritis in adults.
• Moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults who have failed or were intolerant to treatment with immunomodulators or corticosteroids.
• Moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adults who have failed or were intolerant to treatment with immunomodulators or corticosteroids.

• Dosage: The dosage and administration depend on the specific condition being treated. For Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, the initial dose is a single intravenous infusion based on weight. For psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, the initial dose is a subcutaneous injection.
