TEZSPIRE 210 mg Solution for Injection in Pre-filled Syringe contains tezepelumab, a monoclonal antibody.
Indication:

• Severe Asthma: Used with other asthma medicines to treat severe asthma in adults and adolescents (12 years of age and older) when the disease is not controlled with their current asthma medicines. TEZSPIRE may reduce the number of asthma attacks, improve breathing, and reduce asthma symptoms.

1. Dosage: The recommended dose is 210 mg (1 injection) every 4 weeks.
2. Administration: TEZSPIRE is administered as a subcutaneous injection under the skin (upper arm, thigh, or abdomen). Your doctor or nurse will decide if you can inject yourself or if a caregiver can do it for you1.
3. Consistency: Use the solution at the same time each month.
4. Adherence: Do not miss doses, as this can affect asthma control.
