Indications:

• Prevention of Venous Thromboembolism (VTE): Prevention of VTE in adult patients undergoing elective hip or knee replacement surgery.
• Treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary Embolism (PE): Treatment of DVT and PE, and prevention of recurrent DVT and PE in adults.

1. Dosage for VTE Prevention: The recommended dose is 10 mg once daily. The initial dose should be taken 6 to 10 hours after surgery, provided that hemostasis has been established.
2. Dosage for DVT/PE Treatment: The recommended dose for the initial treatment of acute DVT or PE is 15 mg twice daily for the first three weeks, followed by 20 mg once daily for continued treatment and prevention of recurrent DVT and PE.
3. Administration: Take the tablet orally, with or without food, at the same time each day.
