Each actuation (spray) contains:
Glyceryl Trinitrate BP: 400 mcg
Indications:
Chest Pain (Angina): Used for the treatment and prevention of chest pain associated with angina pectoris and variant angina.
Instructions:
Dosage: At the onset of an angina attack, one or two sprays should be used. If necessary, the dose may be repeated approximately every 5 minutes, but no more than 3 doses should be used within 15 minutes.
Administration:
-Sit down if possible.
-Remove the cap and hold the aerosol upright with your forefinger on top of the white button.
-Open your mouth and bring the aerosol as close as possible, aiming it under the tongue.
-Press the button firmly, directing the aerosol under the tongue.
-Close your mouth immediately but do not breathe the medicine in.
-Learn to use this spray before a chest pain episode occurs, as you may need to use it in a hurry.
