Motor Vehicle Insurance (also known as Car Insurance or Motor Insurance) is insurance purchased for cars, motorcycles, commercial and other road vehicles.
This is a Compulsory Insurance for all vehicles on the road are governed by the Road Transport Act 1987 which requires the vehicles to be insured under a minimum Third Party Bodily Injury Liability Insurance.

There are three common types of motor vehicle insurance available:
1) Comprehensive Cover
- Cover for certain loss or damage to your vehicle
2) Third Party Liability
- Cover for certain loss or damage you or certain other people cause to third party
3) Third Party, Fire and Theft
- Cover for certain loss or damage to your vehicle by fire or theft only
