【Material】
200 grams of kombu knot
【Seasoning】
A. 120 grams of sugar
Soy sauce 80㏄
Water 60㏄
B.Sake 50㏄
Mirin 85㏄
【Method】
1. Wash the kombu knots, soak them in water for about 2 hours and then pick them up.
2. Bring seasoning A to a boil over low heat, then add the kombu knots from step 1 and cook thoroughly. Finally, add seasoning B and boil again to complete.
【Remark】
When doing method 2, the pot must be covered; it can be refrigerated for 2 weeks after completion!

【材 料】
昆布結200公克
【調 味 料】
A.糖120公克
醬油80㏄
水60㏄
B.清酒50㏄
味霖85㏄
【做 法】
1.將昆布結洗淨,泡水約2小時後撈起。
2.以小火將調味料A煮沸,再加入作法1的昆布結煮透,最後加入調味料B再一次煮沸即完成。
【備 註】
處理作法2時,須加鍋蓋;完成後可冷藏保存2週喔!
