Jet-Lok® TL-90

Description

A fast setting anaerobic that wicks (by capillary action) into already assembled parts, reaching into the voids to set into a strong insoluble polymer.

TL-90 can also be used as a weld or porosity sealant and seeks out casting irregularities (hairline cracks). A unique capillary action allows the sealant to penetrate the smallest pores or cracks to provide a positive seal. The product will fluoresce under UV lamps for inspection purposes.

Applications

TL-90 anaerobic thread locker is designed as a high strength fast setting retaining compound. Developed for small fasteners and screws needing additional support once in place.

Wicking Adhesive and Sealant prevents loosening of metal threaded fasteners and secures close fitting cylindrical parts, helping to prevent leakage.

Not recommended for oxygen service.
