TF-25™

Description

TF-25 is water resistant, non-hardening, and has a wide variety of applications over extensive temperature and usage ranges. Its ingredients are inert, noncorrosive, and nonconductive. It is easy to use, brushes on readily, and adheres securely - even on wet or oily threads. TF-25 is completely stable and requires no thinner. TF-25 has a plating effect on thread surfaces and creates a chemically impervious seal in the helical passage of threaded connections. It maintains makeup and positive seal under vibration and cyclic loadings, making it particularly effective for use as a sealant on hydraulic systems.

Applications

Recommended for all critical tubular components from non-precision, loose, and worn threads to high precision threads. It protects all threads from premature wear and prolongs the life of tapered-thread joints under all conditions. It maintains makeup and positive seal under vibration and cyclic loadings, making it particularly effective for use as a sealant on hydraulic systems.

Not recommended for use on oxygen lines.
