*0203 TILECON SEAL is a modified thermoplastic acrylic emulsion polymer with excellent adhesion and chemical resistance, protective properties when applied on concrete substrate or no resilient tile. It also gives excellent compatibility with floor polish.

HOW TO USE :
- As concrete sealer.
   *Clean concrete floor with detergent. When dried, to apply 3 or 4 coats. Allowing each coat to dry before applying the next coat.
- As resilient tile sealer.
   *Strip all previous polish and waxes from floor. Ensure no residue detergent or stripper solution remains. Apply 2 coats, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next coat. The tile surface is now ready for polish application.

FUNCTION & FEATURE:
- Suitable for sealing concrete substrate including stone, marble, terrazzo, resilient tile.
