B1 700

High-performance, solvent-based, and fast-drying stain-proof surface treatment with completely neutral effect, for natural stone, terracotta and agglomerates.

B1 700 is a protective, solvent-based, stain-proof treatment that dries extremely quickly and has been specifically devised and developed not to alter the appearance of the materials to which it is applied in any way, as well as to dry quickly, leaving the surface with high stain-proof performance. B1 700 is particularly recommended for use on all surfaces that are sensitive to colour changes following the application of an impregnating agent: it bonds quickly to the material being treated, leaving it resistant to staining; at the same time it dries almost immediately, which means no risk that the original appearance of the material can be changed in any way.

Due to these characteristics B1 700 is the optimum solution for treating natural stone, such as limestone, which are generally difficult to protect due to changes in colour. B1 700 is quick and easy to apply; it forms no surface film and therefore, it does not change the original breathability of the treated surface. It is resistant to UV rays, will not yellow over time and is suitable for use on indoor and outdoor surfaces. B1 700 can also be used as a surface stain-proofing treatment in conjunction with a high penetrant water-repellent primer.
 

Materials
