Credit Card Service Tax
Effective 1st January 2010, Credit Card Service Tax is applicable to all Credit Card types as follows:
i. RM50 per annum on each principal card; and
ii. RM25 per annum on each supplementary card.
*Most of the banks will absorb or waive this credit card service tax, once terms & conditions are fulfilled.

（一） RM50每年各主要卡上;
（二） RM25每年每张附属卡。

Checklist of documents required:
Fast Process: copy of existing credit card which more than 1 year.
1. 21 years old and above
2. Copy of NRIC (both sides) 150%, or passport
3. Latest BE form with official tax receipt
4. Latest 3 months salary slip
5. Latest 3 months savings activity / current account statement
6. For self-employed- copies of SSM and latest 3 months’ bank statement.
Approval amount : 3x-5x of monthly salary / income
