Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM)

The Chemical Exposure Monitoring is required when proposed by Chemical Health Risk assessor under the Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) and stipulated under Occupational Safety and Health (Use and Standard of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health) Regulation 2000. When a chemical health risk assessment indicate the monitoring of exposure is required in the workplace, the employer shall engage Hygiene Technician Type I to conduct personal chemical exposure monitoring in accordance with an approved method of monitoring and analysis. Therefore, Spectrum Laboratories Group have competent person or person who certified and well-trained as Hygiene Technician Type I to conduct this monitoring.
