Feline Panleukopenia is a severe, highly contagious viral disease of cats, kittens, raccoons and minks. FPV is commonly transmitted then susceptible cats come into close contact with the feces or urine of infected cats. FPV tends to invade cells which are rapidly growing such as those of the digestive system, bone marrow, lymph tissue and developing nervous system. Diarrhea, vomiting, low whith blood cell count and seizures are the common symptoms.
