DEP SHORT RAIL EARTH

Product Description


The Short Rail Earth (DEP) attaches a 1.5 m orange aluflex earth lead from the earth canti-lever to a steel mast spigot at a designated earth point. The kit consist of CE62 and isolation earth leads. Accepted for use on all network rail controlled 25kV electrified lines when used in accordance with NR/L3/ELP/29987 and NR/OLE B15. Flexible aluminium earth leads with fully tested and fault-rated compression terminations and support sleeves are used for interconnecting conductor clamps to various earth points. The standard nominal cross section is of 50sq.mm.
