This beef is grass fed from Australia and 100% certified organic. The beef is grown up in unspoiled landscape, lined with thousands of waterways and free of air pollution. All meat is packed at about 250g+/- and is HALAL certified by JAKIM Negara.
Ribeye is the cut from the centre of a rib from a beef as it has unique combination of fat marbling and tender meat, thus Ribeye always become popular for an excellent steak. The ribeye has delicios flavour, its heavily marbled cut has a ribbon of fat at its core which melts during the cooking and this will make the meat perfectly with juicy.
