Scincem Cement-Based Coating is a water-repellant cement-based coating. It is an ideal masonry coating for exterior & interior walls. High white cement content and several other effective additives make it water-repellent, fungus-resistant, non-flaking, hard rock coating, and long-lasting. It is designed as a brush-on coating for interior and exterior undercoat & finishes as well.

WHERE TO USE

• Exterior/interior porous cement & masonry surfaces
• Basement walls, garage, curbs, retaining walls, stone & brick walls

• 2.5 - 3.5 m²/kg (For cement/sand rendering)
• 3.0 - 4.0 m²/kg (For in-site concrete)
• 3.0 - 4.5 m²/kg (For wall and board)
