Primer PR 200

PRIMER PR 200 is a grey primer used for preparing metal surfaces before applying soft rubber linings. It offers excellent adhesion, high spreading rate, and is ideal for use with CEMENT SC 4000 or CEMENT BC 3004.

🔹 Key Features:

• Strong rubber-metal bonding

• Easy to apply by brush

• Coverage: ~100 g/m²

• Open time: 2 hours to 7 days

🔹 Application:

• For steel and non-ferrous metal surfaces

• Surface must be clean, dry, and roughened (SA 2½ / Rz ≥ 50 µm)

• Clean tools with SOLVENT CF-CE after use
