Used to tap the damaged thread and slightly enlarge the diameter of oil drain hole, then fit a new drain plug and washer.
Ideal for repairing sump, gearbox and differential drain plug threads.
Suitable for 12mm engine oil screw after skidded and rethread by 13mm chaser then twist into 13mm screw + gasket.
